The 2011 World Schools Golf Challenge held in Stellenbosch, South Africa during April was an outstanding success with 46 teams from 7 countries – a truly international event.
|
In a week of testing conditions the players thrived on the four terrific host clubs – De Zalze, Stellenbosch, Erinvale and Devonvale golf clubs. The lead up to tournament saw the teams practising in beautiful warm conditions. Something they didn't see again until the day after the WSGC ended!
This didn't deter the field from thoroughly enjoying the challenging layouts of the four beautifully presented courses.
